Description Our client in Fairfax, VA is looking for a talented Accounting ClerkResponsibilities include: Performing data entry tasks for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Regularly examining and verifying the accuracy of expense reports Managing the filing and storing of invoices with accuracy and efficiency Responsible for vendor management and communication to maintain seamless business transactions Collaborating with team to excel in high-volume, fast-paced work situations Providing exceptional customer service for any invoice-related inquiries Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is highly appreciated!Requirements Requirements: A High School Degree or Associate's Minimum 6+ months of relevant experience in accounting Proven ability to multi-task efficiently in a high-paced work environment Reliable and demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
