Create test cases based on product owner requirements.

Create automation test cases.

Maintain records of completed testing.

Collaborate with developers to ensure test results are understood.

Share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams.

Evaluate new test tools, technologies, and processes to improve test coverage, test efficiency, and lower defect rate.

Self-driven quick learner with attention to detail and quality

Work with vendors to understand requirements and system changes, obtain data, and report bugs.

Provide support on deployments for connectivity and other types of testing.

Support may be required outside of regular work hours.

Qualifications:

Experience building test cases based on requirements documents and defined criteria.

Experience executing test cases against defined criteria.

Experience on the IBM zOS system (IBM Mainframe environment)

Experience building out test results and test reports.

Experience building test plans and test case specifications.

Experience with SAT and FIT testing at our client site,

Experience with File Manager, ISPF, TSO, JCL.

Experience with Cloud and testing in the cloud environment as they migrate the system over to be cloud ready.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Project management skills for leading migration projects.

Experience managing and leading functional and technical teams.

Bachelor's Degree
