Senior Oracle Analyst People AnalyticsFairfax, VA100% RemoteContract$55/hr - $57/hrEstablished client is seeking a Senior Oracle Analyst People Analytics for a remote contract opportunity!We are seeking an Oracle HCM report and dashboard developer who can independently create low-code OTBI and FDI reports and dashboards, leveraging their HR experience.Contract Duration: 4 Months w/potential conversionRequired Skills & Experience
Deep understanding of OTBI subject areas and Fusion Analytics Warehouse/Data Intelligence (FAW/FDI).
Expertise in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence (formerly know as Fusion Analytics Warehouse/FAW))
Experience with BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher)
Proven ability to develop solutions with minimal technical guidance and specifications.
Prior experience in an HR department with a strong grasp of HR processes and data.
Working knowledge of HCM and FDI security to ensure alignment with a scalable security model.
OTBI expert (3-4 years at least or tons of knowledge)
FDI (fusion data intelligence (previously known as fusion analytics warehouse)
What You Will Be DoingDaily Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for report and dashboard development
Independently design and develop reporting and dashboard solutions with minimal guidance, addressing general HR business problems and requirements.
Provide comprehensive documentation of assumptions to facilitate functional hand-off.
