Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Senior RSA Archer Administrator to act as a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) with proven experience in system administration. Support DLA’s Enterprise Workflow Support Capability (EWSC) — a critical system enhancing productivity, streamlining processes, and reducing costs through tailored software solutions. Using RSA Archer version 6.4, you’ll design and implement configurable, out-of-the-box workflows for a platform supporting 1,000 global users. Location: Fairfax, VA with periodically meetings in Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities:
Ensures the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links. Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues.
Provides end user training.
Provide recommendations on technology direction to align with business vision.
Will be required to provide both local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems deployed at more than one location.
Support includes general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications.
Applies advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance.
Performs vulnerability management
Minimum Requirements:
Seven (7) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, six (6) of which are specialized in numerous specialized Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions, four (4) of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software
Experience with certifications and computing environments, including Microsoft Server and networking technologies such as MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, Windows Server, and related systems.
Certification Requirements:
Certification(s): Current RSA Archer Administrator certification, a DOD IA Level II such as CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CND and a certification in Microsoft Server and networking technologies such as MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, Windows Server, and related systems.
