Selected candidates will have regular, direct client contact, so strong verbal and written communications skills are a must. Candidates must be able to engage top-tier clients and build relationships with leaders across organizations. They will use process, quality, and compliance skills to effectively work with cross project teams.Your future duties and responsibilities:Lead data collection and analysis to conduct investigative studies, gap analysis and process improvement initiatives.Prepare and maintain project documentation and artifacts including analysis, reports and user documentation.Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Providing administrative support as needed. Track risks and issues for assigned initiatives.Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.Assist in risk management activities including Identifying, mitigating and escalating risksManages client satisfaction to ensure that delivery meet or exceed expectations based on scopeManages client relationships to increase the likelihood of securing follow-on workManage functional/analysis work through epics and user stories; participate and prepare for Agile ceremonies Client site visits in Lanham, MD up to 3-4 times per monthRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:Minimum 2-4 yrs of relevant/industry experienceA bachelor’s degreeExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environmentManagement consulting /business analyst experienceCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and OutlookAbility to work autonomously and independently, work on tight deadlinesExperience working in an Agile environmentExperience with Jira or similar tool, SharePoint.Desired Skills:Client relationship development and management experience Experience writing knowledge articles and related writing assignments Interest in career growth for future leadership or SME positions and related on the job and formal training Portfolio/program/project experience in addressing industry trends (e.g. process improvement, digital transformation, IT modernization, portfolio rationalization, analytics, information and IT governance, etc.) Industry certifications or methodology training (six sigma, SAFe/CSM, ITIL, PMP, SDLC, etc.)Skills:
