Family-owned small business needs a p/t remote bookkeeper to enter bills and follow up on receivables. You will receive bills via email, collect them and enter into Quickbooks Online 1-2 days a week. Same with collections.you will be responsible for emailing aging statements and/or unpaid invoices to customers with a request to pay.
Basic bookkeeping and collections experience needed.
10 hours per week, increasing as we grow and get more organized (we are way behind in our bookkeeping).
