Personal Care Assistant Needed – Fredericksburg, VA (Immediate Openings)
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our growing team in the Fredericksburg area. This position supports clients in their homes with daily living tasks and companionship to help them maintain comfort, safety, and independence.
Pay Rate: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Your choice — W2 or 1099 contractor
Job Responsibilities
Assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication reminders
Mobility assistance and transfers (as needed)
Companionship and client engagement
Documentation of services provided
Requirements
Previous caregiving experience preferred (PCA, CNA, HHA, DSP, or similar)
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check
Dependable, patient, and professional
Scheduling
Full-time availability
Weekday and weekend shifts available
