Position Overview:
We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleaning, excellent time management, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Clean residential homes, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
Follow cleaning checklists to ensure quality and consistency
Replenish supplies and notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure safe use of products
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred (training available)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling available — weekdays and weekends as needed
Pay:
Competitive $50-$70 daily flat rate, plus tips and potential bonuses
