Continue to Secure the Future.ManTech is looking for a high-performing Vice President of Growth to spearhead business development efforts specifically for our National Intelligence Sector.The successful candidate will develop and implement growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans for the Intelligence Sector in close collaboration with sector leadership. A part of the sector’s leadership team, the VP of Growth duties will include creating, revising, implementing, and executing, in coordination with the Sector GM, the strategic plan(s), direction, and decision making to support the growth of the organization; lead a team of direct and matrixed business development, capture and proposal experts; mentoring/coaching growth leaders; understand customer trends within the Intelligence Community to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives; and provide leadership and support to the business acquisition process in order to achieve sector financial targets and metrics, including bookings, revenue, and profit objectives.Leadership Competencies and Distinguishing Characteristics

Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development and execution of strategic plans and account plans for the Intelligence Sector and divisions to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within current/future account targets.
Communicate the Intelligence Sector’s Growth strategy and plans to executive leadership, the Growth team and all stakeholders.
Share perspectives in leadership reviews to inform key decisions regarding sector growth priorities.
Drive teams to outcomes to meet/exceed annual sales targets.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives; translate that knowledge into customer-tailored, differentiated solutions.
Perform a “gap analysis” to determine potential investments that would increase the probability and/or accelerate Sector growth.
Hands-on engagement throughout the entire business development life-cycle, including ensuring teams are effectively communicating the value proposition.
Understand market/account-specific landscapes, addressable markets, customer and procurement trends, and competitive trends.
Manage team, budget, and pipeline
Basic Requirements:
14+ years of specific, increasingly responsible business development experience in a government consulting environment of professional services and solutions
12+ years experience working with and selling to Intelligence Community clients; substantial experience growing business across Intelligence Agencies, including a successful track record of driving business opportunities which result in winning competitive bids.
12+ years of supervisory, leadership, and mentoring experience with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, inspire, and develop teammates toward achieving desired goals and outcomes.
Proven track record of managing/leading teams that have won new business in excess of $200M.
Thorough knowledge of best practices within the intelligence industry and the ability to develop unique strategies based on industry analyses.
Thorough knowledge and successful track record of selling prioritized technical capabilities in Cyber, Enterprise IT, Predictive Analytics, and Software/Systems Development
Proven relationship-based growth results: demonstrated ability to generate productive, valuable relationships that result in long-term clients.
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Sell to established networks in the Public Sector/Intelligence Community; must be able to establish/expand relationships with prospective clients, as well as identify and develop relationships with current and future partners.
Strong executive presence with high ethical standards, solid presentation skills and the ability to execute in an environment of continual change and rapid growth.
Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform in a corporate office setting.
Proficient operating a computer and other office machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Travel to client sites around the DC Metro area as needed
