We are a high end home improvement/landscaping company and we need a lead man to keep work going when I am not able to (when I am in meetings, or in the office). Must be experienced with multiple aspects of home improvement, (rough and finish carpentry, drywall, etc). Must be able to follow my instructions and dictate your instructions to men working under/with you. Must be able to lead by example. Must have your own tool belt and hand tools. Must be able to make sure everyone on the job site is working and not wasting time. Must have your own transportation. Must have 3 or more references. Must be able to think ahead and communicate with me about any needed tools or materials or other issues you foresee before it comes up and causes down time. Must take pride in your work. Veterans have preference. Infantry and SOCOM have preference. Must be trustworthy. Must pay attention to detail. Must know how to lay out roof rafters and stair stringers.
