Job description:

Client Analytics BI team is looking for a Tableau developer with extensive experience in data analysis, report design and development, reporting, testing and support. Experience with Tableau Server is a must. Familiarity with MicroStrategy and mortgage industry knowledge is a plus.Our Impact:You will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for supporting a wide range of internal and external customers. You will draw on all the skills in your toolkit to analyze, design, develop advanced analytic solutions that help our customers run more effective operations and make better business decisions.Your Impact:• Design, develop, deploy and support Tableau dashboards• Participating in Requirements and Design discussions with project stakeholders; Develop and document business requirements, impact assessments, process documentation and other related materials; Translate business requirements into Extract and report specifications• Understand and periodically suggest BI and report visualization best practices• Developing and documenting business User Acceptance Test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios• Develop and implement interactive analytic reports and dashboards• Monitor, track and execute a project pipeline while fulfilling informal ad hoc requests• Provide technical and business knowledge support to the team• Assist in establishing a self-service BI operating model by training and enabling the users to own their reports• Ensure effective communication of user requirements• Create and maintain documentation (e.g., user guides, system security plan, and system design documentation)• Provide demonstrations of drafts and final reports for feedback and production migration sessions• Work collaboratively with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders• Perform well under time constraints, and manage multiple tasks within assigned deadline• Participate in, and often leading, cooperative efforts with members of a project team representing multiple diverse groups and divisionsQualifications:• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems or related fields• 2 – 4 years of experience in BI Visualization Reporting with 2+ years using Tableau• Highly proficient data manipulation skills including SQLPreferred qualifications:• Exposure to BI and/or Data Preparation tools such as MicroStrategy, Alteryx, Python in addition to Tableau• Experience in full life cycle development of enterprise level applications• Experience in configuring data source connections including ODBC and JDBC• Familiarity or exposure with AWS or other cloud technology• Experience working with different Databases and understanding of data warehousing concepts• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills• Effective organization skills with attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines• Effective oral and written communication skills• History of project level work experience with increased responsibilityKeys to Success in this Role:Will have proven experience in data analytics and business intelligence through the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
