We are a Commercial Metal Stud/Drywall company looking for a full time, Project Estimator/Manager based in Virginia Beach, VA. The position will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation. Daily tasks will include cost management, budgeting, project estimation and collaborating with GC's, Suppliers and Superintendents to ensure project completion within budget and timeframes.

Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting
Skilled in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
Strong Communication Skills
Attention to Details and ability to work independently and with a Team
Experience with Relevant software tools and technologies is a plus
