Our client, a Plumbing Supplies company, has the need for a full-time permanent Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor provides leadership and manages overall direction of warehouse team members to ensure customer satisfaction, appraises performance, rewards and disciplines, addresses complaints, and resolves problems for Inventory Specialist.
Associates degree or equivalent, 5+ years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime. Should have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write short correspondence and memos. A basic knowledge of plumbing is a plus.
Should be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and occasionally up to 125 lbs.
and have the ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack and forklifts).
