Peripheral Vascular IVUS Medical Education Specialist (Remote, Home Based)The Peripheral Vascular (Venous and Arterial) IVUS Medical Education Specialist develops, implements, manages, and monitors training pathways and curricula that facilitate clinical and technical proficiency of the utilization of IVUS in PV Venous and Arterial disease processes and the pull through of our PV product portfolio for the key eternal stakeholder of the attending physician and allied health professional. There is a keen focus on analyzing the impact of every event as it relates to proficiency and business strategy and requires situational adaptability to flex as needed based on data and business objectives.In this role you will have the opportunity to partner with global key thought leaders in crafting, executing, and measuring effectiveness of Peripheral Vascular IVUS training programs for healthcare professionals in North America.Your role:

In this role you will build and execute strategically aligned medical education programs that provide proficiency gain and tailor to the safety and effectiveness of PV IVUS (Venous and Arterial).

You will be accountable for interfacing and tending to the relationship with PV KOLs and customers including contracting and consulting.

You will be expected to be acutely aware and closely tied to the PV business strategy. This means that your internal stakeholders include sales leadership, marketing, R&D and clinical among others.

You will be expected to innovate beyond our current programs structure to meet the evolving customer needs and accountable for managing and building digital education content.

Above all else, you will be expected to and held to performing with integrity and teamwork, ensuring all activities are done in a compliant and cohesive fashion.

Travel expectations are approximately 50% of the role.

You're the right fit if:

Mandatory: You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in program management and curriculum development.

Mandatory: You have intermediate to advanced expertise in the utility and PV IVUS and can demonstrate this during interviews.

Venous IVUS utilization: This includes all facets of deep venous disease; obstruction, compression, DVTs etc.

Arterial IVUS utilization: Lower Extremity Peripheral Artery Disease / CLTI

Arterial IVUS utilization: Thoracic and Abdominal - Aortic Diseases

AV Fistula

You demonstrate high levels of organization and communication, time management and discipline skills needed to work in a remote team.

You have proven excellence with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PPT, Sharepoint, etc.).

You possess situational adaptability and creativity.

You have experience managing a large commercial budget.

Experience with the following is preferred; content creation and management within a Learning Management Platform, CVENT event creation and management.

You have a BS or higher in a related field.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

You show advanced collaboration skills in that you; establish realistic schedules for achieving team objective(s); are a strong team builder; and make a valuable contribution to team objectives.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
