Dishwasher/Prep Cook

This position is not your typical dishwasher position but is an integral part of meal preparation. Not only does it include washing dishes, silverware, pots, and pans but it also prepares food for the cooks to use in meal preparation. Duties include cooking potatoes, peeling, and scalloping them for our signature home fries. This person would also prepare all meats: slicing deli meats for sandwiches, slicing steaks, pepping ground beef into portion for burgers, portion corned beef hash. This position also slices and dices onions for use in the condiment bar. Cooking experience is a plus for this position. Shifts are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and closing duties. Pay is well above standard dishwashing positions, $17 to $19/hour, and is also commensurate with skill level, ability, and speed.
