Referral Bonus Responsibilities Assist patients in day-to-day activities Ensure patients receive their proper medication in a timely manner Communicate with medical professionals about patients' health or issues that may arise Prepare and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs Qualifications Experience working as a personal care aide(PCA)/CNA or similar field. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs. High attention to detail. Certifications that may apply.
