Landscape/General Maintenance Tech

Start 2025 off on the right foot! Indian Lakes Foundation HOA is seeking an individual to do landscaping and general maintenance around our community. Duties include but or not limited to cutting back trees, bushes, weeds, shrubs around the community, picking up trash/emptying trash receptacles and pet waste stations, cleaning the clubhouse as needed but at least once a week, setting up/breaking down the clubhouse for board meetings, minor repairs around the in clubhouse or around the community, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs, stand on your feet for long periods of time, have general knowledge of chain saw, leaf blower, weed eater, power tools, etc. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and have a valid Virginia driver's licenses.
