Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Fundraising Assistant to support our outreach and donor engagement efforts. This contract-based position is ideal for someone who is persuasive, organized, and passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound fundraising calls to prospective and existing donors.
Record and update donor information accurately.
Assist in securing donations, pledges, and event registrations.
Support donor stewardship through thank-you calls, texts, and emails.
Identify new donor leads, re-engage lapsed donors, and support sponsorship outreach.
Compensation & Incentives
$0.35 per completed outbound call.
20% bonus on donations secured.
$10 bonus for each new monthly donor enrolled.
$50–$200 for each sponsorship lead closed (depending on tier).
$15 bonus for each lapsed donor reactivated.
$50–$100 monthly bonus for database accuracy and lead research.
20% commission on merchandise sales.
Note: Compensation is for time and services rendered, not a percentage of donations raised. This role follows AFP and IRS nonprofit fundraising guidelines.
