Dynamic Recycling Service is seeking an experienced subcontractor specializing in Commercial & Industrial Demolition, Asbestos, and Abatement. This is for large-scale infrastructure and facility projects. No residential work. We perform city, state, and corporate-level contracts and need a high-capacity partner who can bid, plan, and execute efficiently on complex job sites.
Requirements
10+ years of commercial and industrial demolition & abatement experience
Proven capacity for large buildings, plants, warehouses, and multi-structure facilities
Deep knowledge of asbestos abatement (AHERA / NESHAP compliance, negative air containment, air clearance, etc.)
Ability to estimate and bid projects, respond to RFPs / ITBs, and interpret scope documents and drawings
Familiarity with OSHA 1926 / 1910, silica standards, lock-out / tag-out, and written site safety plans
Must carry general liability, workers comp, and pollution / environmental liability insurance
Strong equipment capacity (high-reach excavators, shears, dust control, negative air systems)
Able to determine equipment and supply needs and manage waste disposal and recycling documentation
Preferred Experience
Structural and selective demolition
Asbestos and hazardous materials removal (pipes, mastic, roofing, flooring, transite, tanks, etc.)
Industrial decommissioning: equipment removal, mezzanines, plant line disassembly
Lead paint and silica control
Waste stream management, profiling, manifests, and coordination with approved disposal facilities
Familiarity with Davis-Bacon, HAZWOPER, and state-level safety compliance
Team and project management for multi-crew, multi-phase jobs
