JOB DESCRIPTION:
Entry-level role assisting experienced electricians.
Responsible for basic electrical tasks under supervision.
Focuses on safety, learning, and basic installations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with material handling and site preparation.
Perform basic conduit bending and wire pulling.
Use hand and power tools safely.
Learn to read and interpret blueprints.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of electrical tools and materials.
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to work in various weather conditions at commercial construction sites
Requires standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and other physical activities for extended periods
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
Must have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Must adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
