The Red Gate Group is seeking a driven and strategic Portfolio Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in advancing national security initiatives across the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Location: Reston, VA; Riverdale Park, MD; Washington, DC
 Key Responsibilities:Lead pre-award acquisition planning, including the development of Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and Evaluation Criteria.Provide post-award project oversight, monitoring deliverables, milestones, burn rates, staffing levels, and funding status.Apply expert knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to advise stakeholders on procurement strategy, compliance, and risk.Develop and implement Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and Performance Requirement Summary Matrices (PRSM) to ensure accountability and contract performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business, user, and technical requirements for current and future acquisitions.Conduct trade-off analyses and provide actionable insights to inform programmatic decisions.Track and report program status to government stakeholders, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and contractual expectations.
