Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Making a positive difference in the tenants' lives
Rent Collection
Operations excellence
Creating a "great feel" to the property
Managing the maintenance process
Leasing
Entry Level Managers will be cross trained in:
Marketing Strategies

Leadership
Business Fundamentals
Administration
Skills Required:
Bilingual in Spanish as well as English
Verbal communication skills and comfort talking to people you've just met
Work ethic and commitment to getting the job done in excellence
Love of people and helping them come to solutions and leave happy
Ability to multitask and work & train in a fast paced environment
Desire to learn more, be trained, and grow with a company
Ability to think on your feel and make decisions quickly
Professionalism
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Ability to use desktop computer system and hardware, e.g. mouse, keyboard
Logical problem solving skills
Proven oral/written communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Excel
Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative
Qualified applicants must successfully complete a drug screen for hard drugs and a background investigation
