Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. This role is based in Richmond, Virginia, and will be a key part of our team, providing essential administrative support across various functions. The industry we operate in is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring a detail-oriented individual with strong multi-tasking abilities.Responsibilities: Responding promptly and professionally to inbound calls, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Accurately entering and managing data in our systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Handling daily email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely manner. Coordinating and scheduling appointments, managing calendars and ensuring all parties are informed of upcoming commitments. Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails. Ensuring a smooth flow of information and communication within the team and with external parties. Proactively assisting with additional administrative tasks as required to support the team's operational needs. Handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all communication is detail oriented and effective. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times. Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity within the role. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls Strong customer service skills Comfortable with data entry tasks Ability to manage email correspondence effectively Experience in scheduling appointments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed Good organizational and time management skills High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
