Description Our client a local mechanical construction company is looking to bring on a dispatcher on a contract basis.This person will:
Dispatch and create work orders
Filling, answering phones, and making appointments
Answer all incoming calls (approx 40-50 calls on a daily basis)
Utilize Outlook and Excel to track appointments and service orders
Requirements
Strong phone skills
Helping with scheduling 2-3 techs
Prior construction or electric or HVAC experience is a big plus!
