The role will specifically support HR activities Bank and Card Servicing.Main Responsibilities:
In partnership with the Horizontal and HRBP teams, build talent strategies, products, and tools to serve the growing needs of the business, people, and health of the organization
Consult with HRBPs, business leaders, and other stakeholders to identify and solve for needs, collaborating with enterprise partners to deliver impactful and scalable solutions
Support project management, change management, and monitoring to keep key stakeholders informed, well-managed, and consistent in their processes
Understand and embrace Agile principles- have the ability to lead work leveraging Agile methodologies
Build, monitor and analyze effectiveness metrics for initiatives, and make recommendations to drive improvements to enhance value and sustainability leveraging data
Stay current with external trends, best practices, and innovations and infuse these into the work products and the thought leadership offered to clients
Other miscellaneous - deck writing, communications, answering stakeholder questions regarding our processes or systems, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in project management or at least 3 years of experience in program management or at least 3 years of experience in process management or at least 3 years of experience in product management or a combination
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Delivery Lead
Experience collaborating in a matrixed organization
Impeccable judgment, relationship building skills, and customer focus
Ability to balance the needs of the organization, leaders and associates to deliver against a robust cross-functional agenda
Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems and thrive in ambiguity
Passion for learning with a growth mindset
