This is a 1099 contractor OTR position for a small business owner with clients in the greater Richmond, VA area and the VA beach area. The position is currently part-time but has the potential to expand to full hours. It requires face-to-face sessions with clients and also offers hybrid and telehealth platforms. Responsibilities
Provide face-to-face therapy sessions with clients
Utilize hybrid and telehealth platforms for client sessions
Create individualized treatment plans for clients
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize client care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of special populations
Communicate effectively with clients and their families
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Manage scheduling and logistics for client appointments
