Our Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking a warm, organized, service-focused individual for an administrative care role. Training is provided, with full-time and part-time positions available in Central VA ( Williamsburg, James City, Charles City, New Kent, Surry, Richmond City, Ashland, Chesterfield , Goochland and Petersburg)

Job Responsibilities

Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding & training caregivers

Conduct in-home/virtual care assessments

Manage weekly schedules, fill open shifts and act as a backup for caregivers

Perform business outreach to senior care facilities, estate planners etc.

Assist with general office tasks and compliance requirements

Requirements

Respectful and compassionate interaction style

Strong communication & organization skills

Comfort with computer systems (email, scheduling, invoicing)

Valid driver’s license & insurance

Ability to complete assessments in client homes

Meets Virginia background, DMV, and drug screening requirements

Healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
