Warehouse Manager
Location: Richmond

Reports to: Operations Manager / Director of Logistics
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and self-driven to create and maintain processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control
Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency
Coordinate with material shipments project managers, vendors and in-house teams
Track and return warranty parts
Handle equipment maintenance and vendor coordination
Maintain truck log and required maintenance
Requirements
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems (Service titan preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in warehouse management software and basic MS Office skills
