General Contractors Wanted
We are a local Richmond based real estate company that buys and rehabs several houses each month and we are actively looking for new contractors to do the work. We are seeking general contractors that are organized, efficient, and do quality work for a fair price.
Our goal is to not only identify a new contractor for a particular house that we have ready to get started on now but to also develop a long-term relationship to have a regular flow of houses to rehab on an ongoing basis.
We ask that you fill out the form below completely. Once the form is filled out correctly, we will follow-up with those that qualify and ask you meet us at a property to give us a bid on one of our current houses.
There will be several contractors all placing bids based on our scope of work at that time. We are not looking for the cheapest contractor. We are looking for the best quality work, in the fastest time frame, all for the best price.
Do not apply If:
You are looking to put lip stick on a pig, just an expression for sub-par work if you didnt know
You dont do what you say (Overrun on Costs, timelines are never met, long list of excuses, we dont like drama)
You are not licensed and insured
You cant follow simple instructions
