Be able to
Maintain food presentation, store presentation standards.
Work with cash registers and processing payments.
Operate food and beverage equipment. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Setting and attaining sales goals.
Giving customers advice about sales and promotions.
Using upselling techniques to increase store sales.
Recommending the best products to customers.
Cleaning, receiving and stocking the store throughout the day.
Ability to learn operating systems, cash operations, equipment cleaning and programming.
