Full-Time Painter / Sheetrocker / General Laborer – Richmond, VA Area
We are a house renovation company working in and around Richmond, VA, looking for skilled and reliable workers who can hang and finish sheetrock, are skilled in painting and who can also do demolition and other miscellaneous construction tasks.
The more skills you have the higher the pay will be
-interior trim
-light plumbing
-light electrical
-carpentry
etc.
Job Details:
Full-time position — 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Hourly pay starting at $20/hour and up, depending on experience and skills.
Requirements:
Must be skilled in painting and hanging and finishing sheetrock. Must be willing to perform other construction tasks such as demo, cleaning, material pickup, etc.
Must be physically able to perform construction task movements such as lifting, carrying, climbing, etc.
Hard-working, efficient, and reliable attitude
Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure everyone is aligned on the project and provide clear and detailed updates about the project, materials timelines etc.
must have a valid license and reliable transportation to and from job sites

-Plomería ligera
-Electricidad ligera
-Carpintería
-Etc.
Detalles del trabajo:
Puesto de tiempo completo — 8 horas al día, 5 días a la semana
Pago por hora desde $20/hora o más, dependiendo de la experiencia y habilidades
Requisitos:
Experiencia comprobable en pintura y en instalación y finishing de sheetrock
Disponibilidad para realizar otras tareas de construcción como demolición, limpieza, recolección de materiales, etc.
Capacidad física para realizar trabajos de construcción como levantar peso, cargar materiales, subir escaleras, etc.
Actitud trabajadora, eficiente y confiable
Capacidad para comunicarse claramente con compañeros y supervisores para asegurar que el proyecto avance correctamente, incluyendo actualizaciones claras sobre el progreso, materiales y tiempos
Debe poseer una licencia válida y contar con un medio de transporte confiable para desplazarse hacia y desde los lugares de trabajo.
