A restoration company is seeking a Mitigation Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in the field of residential insurance claims.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills
Ability to diagnose, direct, and carry out all types of residential fire, water, mitigation, mold cleans
Practical knowledge of using apps and computers to document and track all necessary information for insurance claims
Pays close attention to detail with scheduling and maintaining equipment and company vehicles
Must be able to organize and work an on-call schedule
Requirements:
IICRC WT certification
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Background check
A company work vehicle will be provided during work hours. Health & dental insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off are available after a certain length of employment. Pay is bi-weekly.
