Looking for onsite bookkeeper to work part time on a set schedule 1 day a week. 10-6 Must have local references. QuickBooks. No remote bookeepers, thank you.
Duties include: Reconciling bank statement
matching up Statements with invoices
Paying and printing checks
Daily deposits
Checking Visa/Mastercard statements against bank deposits
Calling in Payroll to Payroll company
Sales tax (paid online monthly)
Etc.
This job is about 8 hours a week depending on the season.
We would like to pay a set $135 per week that is agreeable to both parties.
