Position Overview: As a Field Technician with American Standard Home Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service and support for our products, focusing on Senior Walk-in tubs or Acrylic/Solid Surface showers. This role involves servicing, inspecting, transporting materials, and performing repairs encompassing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finish work.
Responsibilities:
· Fully service Senior Walk-in tubs or Acrylic/Solid Surface showers
· Inspect and transport materials to customer homes for repairs
· Conduct demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finish work
· Deliver 5-star customer service, document work performed, and handle invoicing transactions
Typical Work Orders Include:
· Repair or replace electrical tub components
· Walk-in Tub door repairs and shower door replacement/repairs
· Shower component replacements (shower heads, grab bars, etc.)
· Re-caulking, drain leaks, small motor repairs
· Ability to conduct electrical work for jetted walk-in tubs
Partnership Benefits:
· Earn between $100 - $500 per service call (average call around $350)
· No sales or money collection required
· Weekly payments via Direct Deposit
· Gas/Mileage reimbursement at 67.5 cents per mile
· Flexible schedule
· Potential to grow into an installation partner role (subject to meeting company requirements)
Qualifications:
· Demonstrable technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work
· Excellent customer service skills
· Detail-oriented with a passion for the craft
· Ability to handle paperwork and documentation efficiently
· Experience in servicing Senior Walk-in tubs or Acrylic/Solid Surface showers is advantageous
