Do you own a company that is licensed and insured that caters to local property management firms and realtors? If so we'd like to talk to you about being a vendor for our association. We are looking for all services, handyman, drain clearing, general labor, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair etc.
Prefer companies already doing this work that have experience being around tenants, using electronic work order systems, email/text communication and able to do 30 day invoicing.
