Temporary - Lead Facility Engineer

The Lead Facility Engineer will oversee the daily Operation and Maintenance of the chiller plant, boilers, kitchen repairs while directing employees and verifying completion of work orders at CMI’s customer site in Shepherdstown, West Viriginia. This position is temporary.Key Job FunctionsOversee the chiller plant, boilers, and kitchen repairsSupervise and advise O&M staffVerify the completion of all work ordersEnsure heating and cooling mechanical systems and their equipment and/or components function safely, reliably, efficiently, and economicallyEnsure facility Building Automation System (BAS) are properly maintained and operated within facility operational parametersEnsure the Computerized Maintenance Management System is kept currentRespond to after-hours emergencies from off shift personnel
