- Perform design, customization, testing, upgrading and maintaining of new, existing, and migrated sites
- Develop site navigation by categorizing content to enhance user experience
- Develop and maintain content and graphics working closely with the customer to determine requirements
- Create intuitive interface mockups for SharePoint List input utilizing InfoPath and using SharePoint Designer for developing web forms
- Interface with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers and other teams as identified to assist in resolving problems with SharePoint framework, sites, and information
- Work with desktop support staff on deployment of necessary end user software
- Monitor performance and results; identify and evaluate improvement options keeping open line of communication between end user and technical assistance
- Serve as functional liaison for supported SharePoint applications and deliver progress reports to all stakeholders
- Maintain end user documentation and support training
- Perform independent quality assurance testing
- Active DoD SECRET clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years' experience supporting SharePoint sites, including thorough understanding of content types, search navigation, permissions and data management
- Experience with SharePoint 2010-2016 fundamentals including InfoPath, out of the box web parts, lists, content types, workflows, templates and master pages
- Experience using SharePoint Designer for developing web forms
- Excellent customer, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in DoD IT environment
- Experience with PowerShell scripts
- Experience with ITIL and Agile/Scrum
- HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS
- Strong graphics/multimedia skills
- Familiar with MS CRM and Remedy
