We are looking for a highly motivated, financially driven inspectors to help cover several counties including - Portions of Frederick, Warren, Clarke, Rappahannock, & Fauquier- Areas including but not limited to- Winchester, Front Royal, Warrenton, Stephens City- and surrounding.
Drive to the addresses provided and determine occupancy of the property. Follow instructions on orders as they are different types of inspections. Provide photos and response to questionnaire for each address via our mobile app. The orders are coming from mortgage companies checking on the status and conditions of the properties. These can be drive by inspection, walk thru inspections and some are contact inspections.
Process Overview:
Addresses are automatically assigned by zip code to an inspector via our online system. As addresses are received from our client, they are assigned to the inspector via our online system. The inspector is responsible to log on to the system, route the work to be completed and submit the work back utilizing our friendly mobile app by the due date.
Work volume depends on inspector's specific territory. It is normally expected that an inspector can cover many houses per day in rural areas and metro areas.
This is a subcontractor position, receiving a 1099 for taxes.

House Address (on house or mailbox ) (GPS only if you cannot get both street sign and house number)
Front
Neighborhood
Evidence of occupancy car in driveway, personal property (occupied), debris, empty thru windows, power off(vacant properties) etc.
Payment Schedule: Weekly Payments - Direct Deposit available
Successful Candidate: Self-starter, Motivated, Self-disciplined, Problem Solver. All training provided. Clean Background Check required for the last 10 years.
