Lead Carpenter/ Carpenter

Looking for an experienced Carpenter that has several years of new construction framing, trim, decks, siding, windows and doors. This person should be able to lead a small crew of men between 2-4. This person should also have all hand tools and other tools are a plus to complete projects. The lead position pay ranges based on experience and does the carpenter position. We are looking for someone that can help grow the company as we are very busy year round and have months of work on the books for next year. Must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes to projects.
