Job Description:

Seeking a creative and customer-obsessed Instructional Designer with the video creation experience to join our team.

If you love creating engaging videos and eager to develop high-quality and impactful training solutions in support of global program initiatives, this job is for you! This role requires an individual who can learn fast, innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before.

Client is seeking a self-motivated expert with a keen eye for detail and a creative mind who will be responsible for creating and continuously improving learning programs using an array of creative approaches as well as developing a video library of training materials for the global audience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct needs analysis to design and develop accessible, scalable learning solutions for multiple modalities and a global audience.

Maintain a repository of training materials: new content uploading, existing content updating, curricula creation, and report generation.

Develop engaging scripts and storyboards for the training videos.

Shoot, edit raw video, convert images to animated videos, and create the final video content.

Incorporate various multimedia elements like graphics, animations, titles, audio, and other supporting materials into the videos to enhance the learning experience.

Propose content experiments and internal workflow improvements to improve efficiency and quality.

Incorporate stakeholder feedback into overall production and seek for continuous improvement.

Review and test training videos/materials to ensure they meet the specified quality standards and learning outcomes.

Experience:

2+ years of instructional design experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite of software, including but not limited to: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and color grading software.

2+ years of instructional design experience.

2+ years of proven work experience in video & sound editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite of software, including but not limited to: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and color grading software.

Experience creating e-Learning content using Storyline 360, Vyond, Camtasia.

Ability to develop templates and enforce style guides to ensure consistency across all materials.

Demonstrated ability to build adult learning content and assessments based on learning/performance objectives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel locally in Washington state up to 10%.

Previous experience in learning space or creating training material.

Someone who wants to showcase their creative side, open minded and can think outside of the box, high communication skills, knows how to use adobe premiere pro.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Learning or have the experience Design/Educational Phycology or similar field.
