We currently have a full-time position for a Customer Service and Shipping associate. We do not offer benefits.
Salary is between $21 and $27 for qualified and experienced candidates.
We are an e-commerce company in Ferndale, WA, dealing with home decor items. This job would suit candidates who can work independently and be counted upon for reliability, dedication, and punctuality.
Below is a summary of the job responsibilities:
Receive, sort, label, and stock inventory
Report damaged or missing inventory
Able to ship using USPS and UPS platforms
Pull, pack, and ship, and ensure items are quality-controlled.
Manage multi-line phones and provide courteous customer service
Good mathematical skills
Good Verbal and written communication.
Good Organizational and logistics skills.
Experience with Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and social media is helpful but not required. So that you know, training will be provided at our sole discretion.
Strong attention to detail.
Good at problem-solving
Excellent computer and keyboarding skills.
Background checks are mandatory.
