Meadows Montessori School in Ferndale is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Classroom Assistant in our Early Childhood program.
Meadows Montessori School is an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Recognized school and a WA State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) licensed childcare facility, serving children ages 15 months through 12 years of age.
Young Children’s Community Classroom Assistant:
Working with children ages 15 months – three years, the classroom assistant works collaboratively with the other assistants to support the lead guide and students in a classroom of up to 15 toddlers. This is a Part-Time position, 10:15 am - 4:15 pm, M-F. Benefits include PTO, Healthcare Stipend and a Simple IRA with up to 3% matching.
Candidates with STARS certification preferred, but not required. Those with Montessori experience or experience working in early childhood education and an interest in adapting their skills in our Montessori environment are encouraged to apply!
