We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill full-time and part-time Line Cook positions as well as a Prep Cook position. Experience with pizza or pasta preparation is a definite plus!

Everything in our kitchen is made from scratch, using quality, local ingredients, including freshly milled flour from Cairnspring Mill for our house-made pasta and breads. Our bar highlights classic Italian cocktails, created with care and expertise.

Qualifications
Experience in a busy kitchen is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for food, especially Italian cuisine, is a big plus.
Team-oriented attitude and reliable work ethic.
