Mambo is looking to fill a part time Baker position :)
Baking experience is required.
Must be ready to complete self-sufficient work and have a strong sense of urgency.
Daily bakery duties include baking baguettes and prepping bread doughs, making pizza dough, and baking a variety of desserts. Bakery shifts begin at 6:30am and are not any longer than 8 hours
