We are a growing Water damage Mitigation and Restoration company based out of Lynnwood, WA. We are expanding into Skagit County and are looking for talent to add to our team in the Bellingham area. We will be using resources from our teams in the Everett-Stanwood area to help assistance temporarily but plan to build a specific team in the area the will be general managed by ownership.
What we are looking for
Restoration work: Talent who can lead multiple skills and assist other trades. Preferably this candidate has a background in restoration work or residential remodeling. We prefer a carpenter who has a background with hanging drywall and then can lead the carpenter trades of setting vanities, hanging doors, replacing casing/baseboards.
Candidates could also include those who specialize in drywall, painting, floor installation, and other skills. As we build the team out, we will rely on subcontractors for areas our in house team does not specialize in or does not have the infrastructure to handle.
Mitigation work: Any candidate that has a background leading water mitigation jobs.
As the Bellingham region is in the early stages, we may expect the candidates to help assist the teams in the Stanwood area at times the Bellingham area is slower.
We are a small company with a core group that has been around each other for years. We are looking for talent who wants to be part of a more family oriented group and help us grow into the new contacts we are developing.
Compensation: Above industry standard Hourly/salary can be discussed.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Full time or part time.
