I need an attorney to help remove a trespassing order against me. The order is not valid, but remains in place for 5 years based on the treachery of the Whatcom Transportation Authority. I was accused of assaulting someone and delaying bus service, both lies. The Whatcom County Prosecutor's Office declined these false charges, but the WTA continues to lie and stonewall. The gist is that the WTA says I can't wear a TRUMP hat with side message, "Trans People Are Mentally Ill," on the bus or on WTA property. I want back on the bus and am interested to sue the WTA for damages. The WTA is a public agency, subject to the First Amendment. Clearly, my right of free speech has been violated by the WTA. I am not impoverished and can pay for legal services.
