We’re seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to support our marketing efforts and brand growth. This role combines social media management, content creation and photo editing.
Responsibilities:
Manage the marketing calendar and maintain social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
Create copy for posts, newsletters, and video content
Update company websites, YouTube channels, and Google ads
Design high-quality flyers, postcards, and digital marketing materials
Qualifications:
Strong creative sense and attention to detail
Experience or interest in Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, MailerLite, and MS Office
Basic photo and video editing skills, or enthusiasm to develop them
Interest in real estate marketing and digital media strategy
