Responsibilities
Operate and maintain professional spray equipment (Graco proportioners, hoses, guns, etc.)
Mix and apply polyurea, polyurethane, and related coatings to foam, fiberglass, and other substrates
Prepare, mask, and clean surfaces before coating
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Maintain and troubleshoot spray equipment for consistent performance
Assist with general shop duties, scenic coatings, and touch-up work as needed

Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience spraying polyurea or polyurethane coatings
Familiarity with Graco Reactor or similar high-pressure spray systems
Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and spray parameters
Attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills
Experience working with urethane foams, hard coats, or scenic finishes
Basic fabrication or coatings experience (painting, sanding, or texturing)
Understanding of curing times, temperature control, and surface prep
