Schedule is flexible and contingent upon availability; ideally averaging around 20-30 hours per week with room for growth as desired. Program shifts run Monday through Saturday; a schedule will be determined collaboratively upon hire but candidates for the Weekend Program must be available Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:15-8:45 pm.

This is a direct-service position that supports folks in engaging in a wide range of recreational activities. As a Recreation Leader, you will help prepare and lead activities and community outings for our members in large and small group settings. During an average week you might be supporting our members on a hiking trip, visiting the library, heading to the gym or helping someone learn a new skill or hobby. Activities are either based at our downtown facility or within the larger community.
This job is for you if you possess a passion for community and welcoming recreation opportunities for all people; are able to transport a heavy (10 lb+) backpack and cover up to 5 miles per shift; support our mission and like working with people in a self-directed environment.
