Have diesel experience or formal training, marine experience helpful
Have a strong work ethic and be self directed
Be able to work 40 plus hour weeks (weekends off) in a physically demanding environment.
Have a good driving record
Welding/fabrication skills
Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
Computer diagnostic experience or ability
Have a professional appearance and attitude with integrity and reliability
